Clubs and Committees
The Howard County Republican Party encourages the broadest possible participation in the party at all levels.  You can support the party through membership in a variety of clubs that help broaden the base of our party through outreach.  Clubs offer a wonderful opportunity to meet legislators and candidates, attend meetings with distinguished speakers and participate in social events.  Join a club and add to your network of professional and personal friendships.

COMMITTEES

Committees, run by volunteers, create the lifeblood of politics, and dictate the ultimate success of the Party in the County.  Committees are generally dedicated to performing a specific activity or type of activity, and provide an easy way for new volunteers to get involved doing something you enjoy.  The activity might be something in which you have an expertise or something you've never done but always wanted to do.  Enthusiasm is often as or more important than expertise.

Below is a listing of each Regular Committee along with a description of its purpose.  Currently, there are openings to serve in leadership positions in most of these committees, as well as less demanding roles.  Please feel free to contact anyone on the Central Committee for information about these Committees or simply come to the next Central Committee Meeting to see if you would like to sign up
